Last weekend was the 12th Congress of the Orthokeratology Society of Oceania (OSO). What a conference! We were very excited to have been platinum sponsors, and we had some big news! Here are the headlines.

EyeSpace is now free!

EyeSpace 2 is available to everyone, in all regions, at no charge. All you need to do is create an account with your local EyeSpace distributor, and you’re good to go. If you’re purchased EyeSpace in the last 3 months then please contact us for a refund.

Forge Myopia 2

Our new and improved Forge Myopia design now has a variable back optic zone diameter (BOZD). This enables the contact lens practitioner to control the size of the treatment zone, maximizing the optical and myopia control effect.

EyeSpace Scleral 2

EyeSpace Scleral 2 brings with it a new toric, condition specific diagnostic fitting kit. Plus an improved limbal zone, and variable lens diameter (from 16.00 mm to 20.00 mm). There’s a special conference price for these kits, so come and see us to have a look or place an order.

Other features

  • All of our new lenses now also include the ability to easily switch between rotationally symmetric (spherical), toric, or quadrant specific, and will automatically make a recommendation when you first create the lens.
  • Automatic updates are now built-in, so you no longer have to manually download and update EyeSpace.
  • EyeeSpace certification course Module 1: Corneal Topography Basics is now available. There’s a link in the knowledge base if you want to get started right away.

A big thank-you to Charl Laas from South Africa and Daren Nygren from Las Vegas, who both travelled a long way to help us out.
